What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order ships, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent so you can monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
How do I care for my down bedding?
We recommend using a duvet cover to protect your comforter. Most of our products are machine washable on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; however, please check the specific care label on your item for best results.
What payment methods do you accept?
Puredown accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international customers in the near future.

Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing. Our down and feathers are certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring the welfare of the animals throughout the supply chain.
