At Puredown, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, sellable condition to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
